Custom field validation in Drupal

Thursday March 12th, 2009

Validating your form submissions in Drupal can be easy. If you’re using CCK, somebody has probably coded a nice module to deal with email, phone or ISBN fields.

But what if your need is fairly specific to the website at hand?

You’ll need to create a module…don’t run and hide, its not that bad.

The validation module we’ll create consists of two files – and no more then 100 lines of code.

Painting the Balrog – Completed

Wednesday January 7th, 2009

The Balrog I started a few months ago has been given its last brush stroke!

There were quite a few parts done in after the previous post.

The wings, tail and right leg were painted. The base was attached, and the whip was added.

Painting the Balrog – Part 2

Sunday October 19th, 2008

Painting the Balrog – Part 1

Friday October 17th, 2008

The Games Workshop Balrog minature is a pretty cool piece, and I’ve been eyeing it off for a while now. So I’ve bought the model, and started to construct it. I’ll be posting some WIP photos as I go along. I haven’t painted a minature in quite a while, so this will be a bit of a challenge.
